Eight Good Questions to Ask a Company During a Job Interview

Many job seekers have a difficult time developing good questions to ask the company during the course of an interview. Here are eight good questions to ask, along with the reasoning for asking them. I would add one very important question which is … Who do I directly report to? … In addition, you should always meet the person you will directly report to before accepting a job offer. In some cases, the person you directly report to might not be involved in the interview process, at least at the beginning stages of the process. Additionally, if you speak with several people during the course of the interview, it might be unclear who that person is. Remember, in many cases people quit bosses – not jobs. Make sure you can work with the person you will be directly reporting to and if this person will be an asset in your future career advancement and development.
