How to Prepare for a Behavioral-Based Job Interview

Many companies conduct behavioral-based interviews. This article provides excellent advice on how to prepare for this type of interview. One thing job seekers can do is to identify your marketable soft skills (such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills) and make sure you can provide a specific example from your work or academic history that proves you possess that skill. Many companies will provide the soft skills they are looking for in the job lead. If not, anticipate what the soft skills would be for that specific job and practice using those. This preparation will not only help you handle behavioral-based interview questions, but many other types of questions as well.
