It is Never a Good Idea to Lie During the Job Search Process

Although you should represent your qualifications and skills in the most marketable way, it is not a good idea to lie about anything during the job search process including your resume. In a survey of 400 applicants and 400 hiring managers, HR professionals, and recruiters, Checkster found a whopping 78% of applicants stretch the truth about themselves at some phase of the process.
