A good job shouldn't cost you your peace. You deserve to earn a living without carrying work stress into every part of your life.

Not every stressful day means you need to quit. But if work consistently affects your

sleep, mental wellbeing, relationships, sense of self it's worth paying attention.

I see people normalize constant pressure because they've been told that's what ambition looks like. Late nights become expected. Being constantly available becomes normal.

Feeling anxious about Monday starts to feel like part of the job, but success shouldn't require you to sacrifice your wellbeing.

If work is affecting your peace, ask yourself:

1/ Is this a difficult season or the everyday reality?

2/ Can I set healthier boundaries?

3/ Is my workload actually sustainable?

4/ Do I feel respected and supported?

5/ If nothing changed, would I still want this job a year from now?

You don't have to leave immediately, but you do deserve to be honest about what your work is costing you.

A career should help you build a life you value, not make you dread living it.
