The smartest people I know don't work harder than everyone else. They just follow better rules.

3 laws of the universe that are surprisingly accurate:

1. Murphy's Law

"Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong."

Call it preparation, not pessimism. The calmest operators I know expect friction, so they build for it:

• Buffers in their schedule

• Backups for their systems

• Margin in their budgets

When you plan for things to break, chaos turns into calm. You stop reacting. You start anticipating.

2. Kidlin's Law

"When you write down a problem clearly, the matter is half solved."

Most problems aren't hard. They're just blurry. A confused mind makes zero progress.

So before you try to fix anything, put it on paper:

• What's actually wrong?

• What does "solved" look like?

• What's the smallest next step?

Clarity on the page becomes clarity in action. The page is where confusion goes to die.

3. Falkland Law

"When there is no need to make a decision, don't make a decision."

Not every choice needs to be made today. Forcing a decision before its time drains your energy and clouds your judgment. Often the wise move is to wait:

• Let the situation reveal itself

• Gather more information

• Protect your focus for what truly matters

Patience isn't passive. It's a strategy.
