Make sure you can provide real life stories that prove you possess those skills. For example, “Tell me about a time when you had to use your team-building skills to accomplish a goal or solve a problem.” Use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) approach to answer, but I would add what you learned from the experience to that formula.
