Gen Z Employees are Re-Evaluating Their Career Choices

Interesting - Nearly three quarters of the global workforce is looking to transition out of their current work environment – a whopping 85% of which are Gen Z workers, according to a recent workforce review study conducted by ADP. Another recent study conducted by LinkedIn, found that 42% of Gen Z workers would rather go back to the workplace, at least partially than remain 100% remote. This is far more than any other generation. By comparison, 32% of baby boomers, 26% of millennials, and just 21% of Gen X would prefer at least a partial return to the office.
