The job interview process is a two way street. You should always ask about the reporting structure of the company, who you will directly report to, and how your performance will be evaluated. Never accept a job offer until you have met and discussed the position with the person you would directly report to. Remember, many people leave jobs because of a bad boss or lack of company leadership.
