In my opinion, the Summary section is the most important part of your resume. If you believe that a company recruiter will spend about 10 seconds reviewing each resume for an open position, where do you think they will spend that 10 seconds? Many will spend it reviewing the Summary. If they like the Summary, they will most likely review the remaining parts of the resume.
