In a new McKinsey Global Survey on future workforce needs, nearly nine in ten executives and managers say their organizations either face skill gaps already or expect gaps to develop within the next five years.
-Nearly all respondents classify closing potential skill gaps as a priority for their organizations, and about one-third say it is among their top three priorities.
-Skill gaps in Data Analytics leads the way, but other areas rated high include web page design & management, HR & talent management, sales & marketing operations, R&D, customer service, and executive management.
